counting calories and eating healthy real food no processed foods and junk foods, no sodas either
around 1200-1400 for those who want to loose weight assuming they do 30 minutes of exercise a day (cardio)
go to your local diabetes site…seriously…it works like wonders…but no more “dieting” you have to change habits and eat for your body wants.
eat in moderation and do regular exercise.
I personally think that the best theory is to not ban any foods and to avoid snackingk, but if you do have to snack make sure it is something light, eg. nuts, seeds dried fruit etc.
