Frage von sarah h: What is a yummy diet plan, where you only eat 1000 calories a day?
I really need to put of weight. I want to do a 8 day diet, where i only eat 1000 calories a day. Pls don’t say something like that’s a bad thing to do. I need a diet plan that says what to eat mornings, lunch, tea time and evenings for 8 days.

i know u said pls dont say it, but 1000 calories a day for a female is too little. absolute minimum for girls who are short and with a small body build is 1200. your body needs 1200 to survive, otherwise the only weight loss u will get is basically just muscle loss. u can eat whatever u want to eat if u stay within ur calorie limit. even fat is essential in a diet. u shud eat 25% fat, 25% protein and 50% carbs.
pls do not eat less than 1200 calories a day.

I know how you feel! I was doing a diet (and I still kind of am) where I would limit myself to 200 calories for breakfast, 300 for lunch, and 400 for dinner and then whatever I had left over from that I could use toward snacks throughout the day. You can pretty much set up your calories system anyway you want within your calorie limit. But make sure that you eat breakfast! It jump starts your metabolism and helps keep it going throughout the day! Good luck!
