for the past two days now, I have had a lot of gas and feel nauseous from time to time. I also seem to have acid coming up the esophagus which I think is called heartburn or something, this happens once in a while. I am a 16 year old girl. nothing in my diet has changed. i don’t know if this contributes, but I’ve been under emotional stress lately if that might have anything to do with it. what could be possible causes?

Any kind of stress can upset your stomach. Yo can go to your local pharmacy an buy over the counter medicine such as omeprazole and take it as indicated, usually every day for a couple weeks, this should help, if it doesn’t, visit a doctor!

Get to know why that happens at such a young age. maybe you may take too much acidic food that will lead to acidity or just plain some genetic problem. But how you know which is what. You have to get to know why.
There are some reputable online sites which provide solution before approaching a doctor. If interested visit this site and find if you have any symptoms of acid reflux or something else.
