THIS IS SO TRUE i had 2 weeks off after a operation and since i was sleeping in more i was eating less because i wasnt awake as much and i lost 4kg in 2 weeks i was sitting around the house even eating junk food and not exercising and managed to loose 4kg….. (roughly 9 pounds) so those ab exercise machines that say that you can loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks kinda thing dont waste your money just sleep more

Hey MIke, its about afterburn effect. I’ve been following your HIIT plyometrics cardios and have seen results. However recently my weight just fluctuate at the same point even with HIIT + weight trainings and good diet. I do feel the “afterburn effect” after my cardios but right after that, i wait for my body to cool down slightly and go for bath straightaway. does that actually turn the afterburn effect off ? and how to maintain it for the whole day ?
