I’ve started the Fit and Active brand diet. Whole wheat bread, pasta, etc. I’m only 15 so money is tight. Does anyone know of any recipes of their own or sites for recipes that are easy and affordable??? Thanks =]

Try theppk.com for veggie recipes. If you need a particular recipe centered around an inexpensive ingredient just look it up on a search engine and guaranteed, you’ll look for 5 minutes tops before you find one suitable, unless you’re just really picky that night. Bookmark or write down the good ones.Tthat’s how I’ve been vegan for 3 and 1/2 years and gotten away with never buying a cookbook.
Vegetarian stuff is very, very expensive, I don’t understand it, you’d think it would be cheaper, can anyone explain this. Getting back to recipes, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 1tin kidney beans,1 onion, some frozen chopped peppers ( quite cheap in supermarket) a little curry or chile and spagetti or pasta. simmer them all together with a veg. stock cube, cook ur pasta separate. this is delicious and will do you a couple of times. enjoy.
Forget the bleeding diet sheets waste of time. Anything with high content FAT ya cut it out (crisps) I’m not going to list items of low fat, I’m sure ya intelligent enough to read the fcking labels, limit sugar. If ya exercise, nothing fancy go for a QUICK WALK 3/5 miles twice a day no jogging, ya only pounding and wearing ya joints out. Ya will start loosing weight in 3 days, REMEMBER if ya taking in 2000 cals and burning off 3000 cals ya gonna shed of the pounds. Like the Meercat said, SIMPLE. lol
